Local debit card payments

Many local debit cards (such as Bancontact in Belgium) are supported via Shop Pay. During checkout, selecting Shop Pay may offer additional regional payment methods based on your location.

Tip: Shop Pay automatically detects your region and displays relevant local options, including debit cards and alternative payment methods.
Note: Availability of specific local methods depends on Shop Pay and its payment infrastructure. We cannot guarantee support for all cards or local methods.

When is payment charged?

For immediate payment methods (like iDEAL, credit cards, Shop Pay, or PayPal), the amount is charged at the time of checkout.

Installment payments

At this time, we do not support installment payments (e.g., "pay later" services like Klarna). All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

Currency

All prices on eu.ember.com are based in euros (EUR). If your local currency is not EUR, prices may be automatically converted based on real-time exchange rates at checkout. This conversion is handled by your payment provider or platform (e.g., Shop Pay, PayPal).

Payment issues?
