Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ashwagandha
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1½ cups milk of choice

 

Directions

  1. In a small pot on medium heat, add all of the ingredients. Stir to combine and avoid clumping.
  2. Once the mixture begins to bubble, transfer it to a blender and blend until light and frothy.
