Earl Grey Milk Tea

The bergamot in the Earl Grey pairs beautifully with the creamy sweetness of the condensed vanilla milk, creating a comforting, dessert-like beverage. Whether you’re new to milk tea or a seasoned milk tea drinker, this recipe is perfect for mornings, afternoons, or any time you crave a little indulgence.

Ingredients
- 2 Earl Grey sachets
- 1 ½ cups boiling water
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Boil the water in a teapot on the stove.
- Add the two tea sachets to your Ember Mug and pour in the boiling water. Steep for 3-5 minutes for a strong aromatic brew. Remove the tea bags when done steeping.
- While the tea steeps, steam your milk of choice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a wooden spoon or whisk until warm and frothy. Stir in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- Remove from heat, and slowly add the sweet steamed milk to the brewed tea.
- Enjoy!
